ABOUT US
The Landlord Legal Group is made up of legal professionals with over 20 years of experience in Landlord and Tenant Law.
We pride ourselves at being at the forefront of providing bespoke solutions to meet our client needs.
We appreciate that it is very difficult navigating the legal procedures of ending a residential tenancy if you don't have the legal knowledge and experience. Quite often we are working with clients who have unsuccessfully tried to evict their tenants resulting in wasted Court fees, time and effort.
Our aim is to provide a seamless affordable service which complies with Housing Legislation.

The most common type of tenancy in the private rented sector is Assured Short-hold.
The legal process for ending this type of tenancy is contained within legislation and is a three stage process. Failure to adhere to the process not only means you are committing a criminal offence (Protection from Eviction Act 1977), but can result in wasted time and money.
The Landlord Legal Group will ensure the process complies with Civil Procedure rules laid down by the Courts and taking into account any requirements under the Housing Act 1988, Housing Act 2004 and recent requirements under the Deregulation Act 2015.
The Landlord Legal Group can assist you with all three stages of the eviction process or alternatively we would be more than happy to assist you with individual stages. County Court representation is available (additional cost applies).

Stage 1: Notice
From £129.99
(excluding disbursements)
Our specialists will ensure the correct type of notice is used which complies with the Housing Act 1988 & Deregulation Act 2015

Stage 2: Possession Order
From £249.99
(excluding Court Fee & disbursements)
If you are unable to reach an agreement with the tenant to vacate then the next step in the process will be to apply for Possession of your property. The fee includes preparation & service of Court paperwork.
We can arrange representation at Court if required for an additional fee.

Stage 3: Bailiff Eviction
From £59.99
(excluding Court Fee & disbursements)
Should the tenant fail to vacate after Possession is granted, then the final step would be to apply to the Courts to enforce the Possession Order.
